The Journey Forward
I see people who are overwhelmed by life’s patterns, a system that feels like it’s failing them, or the quiet grief for a family they never got to have. I work with those navigating relationships that feel both right and wrong at the same time, and those simply searching for steadiness in a complex world.
I believe healing isn’t about "fixing" who you are; it’s about reclaiming your right to breathe, explore, and feel alive. Not addressing past narratives or bodily stress can lead to a persistent sense of disconnection. My goal is to help you move beyond survival and into a deeper connection—with yourself and others.
I meet people exactly where they are, lead with celebration, acceptance, and compassion. While I bring many "fancy" clinical skills to the table, I have found that true change happens most profoundly when people are met with those three things.
My practice blends Somatic Experiencing, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches. This means we won’t just talk about your thoughts; we will work with your body’s wisdom and the stories that shape your reality.
