The Journey Forward
I see people who are overwhelmed with life, patterns, a system that is failing them, grief about a family they never got to have, relationships that feel both right and wrong at the same time, among other things.
I see people where they are at and find ways to understand them through celebration, acceptance and compassion. I I have many fancy therapy skills as well, but mostly, I find people change when they are met with those three things.

Beyond the Office
If I’m not working or in the kitchen baking or prepping dinner, you’ll find me sitting by the Grand River, whispering sweet nothings to rocks before I throw them in.
