The Journey Forward
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You may be wondering where to begin, questioning whether your concerns are "serious enough," or feeling like you should already have the answers before reaching out. The truth is you don't need to have everything figured out to begin therapy.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. Together, we'll explore your experiences, relationships, and patterns in a way that feels meaningful and at a pace that feels right for you.
Every person's story is unique, which is why I take an individualized approach to therapy. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, identity, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, I strive to help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, and move toward the life you want to create.
Experience
Sabrina is a Practicum Clinician completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University. She is completing her clinical placement under the supervision of experienced Registered Psychotherapists while fulfilling the practicum requirements of her degree.
Sabrina holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, which shaped her understanding of the ways relationships, family systems, culture, and broader social environments influence our experiences and sense of self. Prior to pursuing psychotherapy, she spent many years working in the hospitality industry, where she developed a strong appreciation for creating welcoming environments, building genuine connections with people from diverse backgrounds, and responding thoughtfully to each person's unique needs.
She has a particular interest in relationship dynamics, attachment, communication, intimacy, and helping individuals and couples build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. Sabrina is committed to ongoing professional development and continues to expand her knowledge in relationship and couples therapy throughout her training.

Beyond the Office
One of my favourite writers is Mary Oliver. Her poetry reminds me to slow down, stay curious, and appreciate the beauty found in ordinary moments. One of my favourites is The Sweetness of Dogs, which beautifully captures the unconditional love and companionship that dogs bring into our lives.
