I’m happy to share that I’ve officially joined the Association of Sex Therapy Ontario (ASTO) as an Associate Member!

ASTO (formerly known as BESTCO) is a professional organization that supports high standards in sex therapy through education, ethics, and community. While “sex therapy” isn’t a regulated title in Ontario, ASTO helps identify therapists who voluntarily go above and beyond in their training and practice. This step is part of my continued professional journey and reflects my deep commitment to ethical, inclusive, and informed care in the area of sexuality, relationships, and mental health.

In a digital age where adult content is more accessible than ever, conversations around ethical consumption are gaining momentum. Many mainstream adult sites raise concerns about exploitative practices, lack of transparency, and performers’ rights. However, there are platforms taking a different approach—prioritizing ethics, artistry, and consent. Websites like FrolicMe, XConfessions, and Four Chambers offer an alternative that blends erotic storytelling with ethical values.
